Shortly after they announced this, I spoke with a representative of Analyte Health (after waiting forever in elevator music hell). I asked if the company simply wasn’t taking on new patients and would instead continue to offer services to their current patients. He told me they are getting completely out of the std testing business, which is why they offered an opportunity for patients to download/print out their previous test results. The representative opined that I should do so earlier than later, which I took as a hint that their website might not be around this time next year. Thank you for the information about other testing options.
